Another stimulating season of photographic workshops is upon us. For me, that means a couple of cameras, some lenses, filters, a flash, data cards, battery chargers and all the computer gear necessary for downloading, editing and sharing images during workshop classes. Oh yes, my tripod, can't leave that behind. The challenge is cramming all that camera and digital imaging gear into airplane-compliant suitcases and camera bags while remaining "portable".
